Donations

Making a donation – we accept the following donation methods – Maestro/Mastercard/Delta/Visa

During its history the Oaklea Trust has assisted hundreds of disabled children and adults to take control of their own lives. Dignity, respect, inclusion and choice are all aspects of citizenship that Oaklea Trust values. Your donation to the Oaklea Trust means disabled peoples lives continue to be improved.

Making a regular donation, by Direct Debit, means we can continue to provide enhanced lifestyle opportunities for disabled people.

Customer Quotes

‘The Oaklea Trust does a great job’

‘We are eager to obtain the very best quality of life for our child, we are shortly attending a meeting with the Autism Development Officer – which is the direct result of the Oaklea Trust for which we are very grateful. Well done!’

Gifts

Leaving a gift to the Oaklea Trust means you are able to bequeath all or part of the residue of your estate, either money or item of value. All gifts to the Oaklea Trust are free of inheritance tax.

Some people choose to leave a gift in remembrance of the person they have lost at the passing of a relative or friend.

Wills and Trusts Information

It is important to make a will if you want to provide for the future of a family member or friend with a disability.

Why Make a Trust
By making a trust you can leave money for the benefit of a family member or friend with a disability. The trust means that they do not have to worry about the responsibility of looking after the money in their lifetime. A trust is a useful way to provide for a person with a disability who may not be able to handle money left to them outright or who may be vulnerable to pressure from other people.

When making a trust we advise seeking professional assistance from a legal representative.
