10 reasons to come to our Upcycle Auction!

With just three weeks to go until our Upcycling Auction, tickets are on sale at a fabulous price of just £10. If you haven’t got your tickets we’ve got 10 reasons you should get yours TODAY!

1 Your ticket doubles as your bidding paddle, and you can take it home as a little souvenir afterwards!

2 For just £10, your ticket includes a glass of fizz on arrival and canapes served throughout the night.

3 The venue is the Villa Levens: a building which has been repurposed, effectively ‘upcycled’, several times in its lifetime. And it’s just beautiful!

4 Some of our super talented upcyclers will be there on the night in the Market Place, with beautiful treasure filled stalls.

5 We are holding a raffle for a stunning one off painting, inspired by Wishlist, painted and donated by local (and internationally renowned) artist Paul Bennett, who is based right here in Kendal. Raffle tickets are only available on the night!

6 We’ll be selling Christmas gift boxes, filled with delicious local produce – perfect if you like to give a charity gift to your loved ones! Each box will be unique so you can pick one out for someone special, and the contents have all been donated by local businesses so proceeds go directly to Wishlist.

7 Rag Tag Community Arts will be demonstrating their pedal and paint machine – you can even have a go and create your own work of art. They’ll be selling scrap packs too, a great chance to find out about this lovely new community project.

8 Get Inspired! Pick up some ideas and inspiration whilst your browse the upcycled lots which will be on display all through the evening – who needs Pinterest??

9 Support local Upcyclers – some seasoned, some newbies. A great chance to find out some of the wonderful things happening in the pockets of Cumbria.

10 Help us raise some cash for Wishlist! Wishlist is a truly special cause on over the last 5 years, we have helped countless local people by providing respite, specialist equipment, sensory materials, family day trips, the list goes on and on and on. You can help us continue this work by coming along on the 18th of November.
