Our customers can always discuss any aspect of their care with a member of our team and be honest and open with them. We will always listen and agree with you on a way forward and how to rectify the situation.
You should always feel that you can express your feelings and points of view - these are incredibly valuable to us and help ensure that we continue to provide high levels of service to your and to others.
