Stephen Baker

Stephen is formerly from the hospitality sector before joining the Oaklea Trust as Corporate Director in 2003.

Qualifying in Hospitality Management at Thames Valley University, Stephen progressed into general management roles prior to becoming an owner operator of hotels in Cumbria and Lancashire.

Stephen is a Justice of the Peace and has also held Directorships with the North West Tourist Board and East Lancashire Training and Enterprise Council.

He is the Trust's director responsible for Registered Care Homes operations together with the Trusts Finance, IT, Health, Safety and Environment, Learning and Development and Fundraising departments.
