‘Right-Focus’ is to enable customers to be the employer, in line with current thinking. This allows individuals (and groups of individuals) to employ people which meet their specific requirements, whilst assisting with the challenges which may be faced when taking on the role of employer. A combination of packages will be produced from the list below, produced to meet individual needs. The customer will have the option of purchasing the different combinations, dependent, upon which areas they require support, ensuring the support is tailored specifically to their needs.
