The role is to provide a professional and supportive environment which enables individual customers to achieve their aspirations and goals through empowerment and putting the customer at the centre of all we do.

A number of positions are soon to be available in locations throughout Cumbria.

Previous experience is not necessary as comprehensive training shall be provided.

November 2010 : Oaklea Trust Win Outstanding Employer Award

The Oaklea Trust have been presented the prestigious 'Outstanding Employer Award' by Northumberland County Council.

Shortlisted from over 150 companies, the award was presented to the organisation for 'delivering outstanding learning and support for employees to improve their job prospects and personal development'.
