Leadership & Excellence Programme

The programme allows existing line managers and aspiring employees to obtain a Level 5 Operations and Department Management Apprenticeship with an Institute of Leadership & Management qualification.

Apprentice Academy

The Oaklea Apprentice Academy works in conjunction with Kendal College and specialises in Health & Social Care. The Apprenticeship lasts for two years and consist of 30 hours per week paid work and one day per week at college.

Training and Support

Training and support for all employees, wherever they are in their journey. From onboarding to continuous development, we're here to help every individual succeed.
As well as offering specialist care and support training, management development training, and a wide range of learning opportunities, The Oaklea Group employees undertake vital First Aid training.  We also have a number of Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs) trained by Mental Health First Aid England.
