In 2025 Dan started to volunteer as a befriender at a local care home in Murton.

Right2Work (R2W)
You can volunteer at The Appleby Hub or The Furniture Warehouse (TFW), run by Oaklea subsidiary, R2W. Training and on-going support will be provided. Have a listen to Dan – he’s been volunteering since 2017 – it’s also about the friendships & camaraderie:
