There are lots of ways you can raise money and if you want to get involved we would love to hear from you. Whether you want to plan a fundraising event or push yourself in a personal challenge, one of the first things to do is set yourself a target. This can be as ambitious or as modest as you like, and you can always adjust it as you go along. Put your own spin on something tried and tested like a coffee morning, or get creative and do your own thing.

Fundraising online via justgiving.com
Raising money with the help of your family and friends couldn’t be easier via justgiving https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/oakleatrust
You can set up a fundraising page on justgiving.com so that your supporters can sponsor you online. This takes away the responsibility of collecting money after your event or challenge. You can add any sponsor money you collect onto your running total so you can easily keep track.

Wills and Trusts Information

It is important to make a will if you want to provide for the future of a family member or friend with a disability.
By making a trust you can leave money for the benefit of a family member or friend with a disability. The trust means that they do not have to worry about the responsibility of looking after the money in their lifetime. A trust is a useful way to provide for a person with a disability who may not be able to handle money left to them outright or who may be vulnerable to pressure from other people.
When making a trust we advise seeking professional assistance from a legal representative.
For further information on any wills and trusts please contact us at enquiries@oakleatrust.co.uk
