New faces emerge from the deep!

Our Learning2Live project in Windermere has welcomed some brand new faces this Autumn – and what better way to get to know each other than to make the most of the fantastic scenery on their doorstep!

Time to take a dip into something new!

Our new Learners – Sally, Deshaun and E went with L2L support team Rachel & Mike for an evening dip in Rydal Water.

Aquaman & Aquawoman prequel?

“They’re settling in really well and very keen for adventures and new experiences – so as you can see with these lovely pictures.” Rachel Cadas, L2L Support

Rays of sunshine – delivered!

Rachel adds: “It was a beautiful sunny Friday evening so we all went to Rydal for an evening forest walk and a team dip in the lake! Although We then celebrated with some cheesy chips at the pub afterwards.”

Leading the way to a new life

Matthew Douglas, lead Manager for the L2L Project– “It’s been great to welcome the new Learners and so lovely to see them settle in to their new home so quickly. It’s about building new friendships and creating new memories as their three year journey with us begins”

Badgers – new Learners and new experiences welcome!

One door opens – another closes

Earlier in the summer we bade farewell to the original Learners – Mollie, Grace, Beth -and imminently – Jordan! This was marked with bespoke ‘Moving on‘ brochures to celebrate their 3 years with us!
