Oaklea Group appoints new CEO
Jenna Hall has been appointed Chief Executive of the Oaklea Group in succession to Clive Wigley who is retiring after 27 years at the helm, taking up her appointment on 2nd December 2024.

Jenna is currently Group CEO of three charitable organisations caring for the disabled in Northern Ireland, a role she has held since 2018. Jenna has led a number of high-profile partnerships across the UK including Director of a National Charity Partnership between the British Heart Foundation, Diabetes UK and Tesco. Common across her career is a desire to improve personal, social and health outcomes for children, families and communities.
Jenna says, “I am really looking forward to joining the Oaklea Group, learning more about the work you do and listening to your ideas about how we can build on this in the future”.

Jenna won the NI Women in Business CEO of the Year in 2023 Award, and the Most Influential CEO of 2024 Award. She was awarded an MA degree in Educational Leadership and Leading Community Learning from the University of Staffordshire in 2011 after gaining a BA in Interdisciplinary Human Studies from the University of Bradford.
