Matthew has been with Oaklea over a decade. Starting as a support worker – he now manages the Children & Young People’s Team -including the Learning2Live project in Windermere. The role involves looking after our youth work and the clubs & respite activity we put on as part of the Shortbreaks offer in South Lakes & Eden.

Simon has been working in the Communications field for 30+ years. A former BBC trained Journalist (having worked in Broadcast Journalism for both BBC & ITV). The ‘poacher’ then turned gamekeeper with a move into Marketing/PR after nearly a decade in Journalism. He has been responsible for Oaklea Group comms since late 2017.
