Roisin Burton
Roisin joined in November 2024 and brings her professional experience within health and social care, and has previously worked within the private, and the charitable sector within regulated services for a number of years at multi – level.
Roisin’s academic background in Learning Disabilities Studies at The Manchester University, Social Sciences & Psychology, and health shapes her commitment to personalisation, co-production, effective communication, and empowerment.
In addition, Roisin supports the National Dignity Council as Co- Chair and Trustee, supporting council members and stakeholders in improvements to Health and Social Care through collaboration since 2019.
Roisin’s role within Oaklea is supporting our customers, families, teams and circles of support throughout the organisation in her Director of Care role, and Nominated Individual for regulated activity.
